If you've received your tracking number but the courier's online tracking has not updated within 48 hours after your order dispatch, it is likely your parcel has not been scanned by the courier company yet or their online tracking system is taking longer to update.
Please note your tracking number is both generated and updated by the courier, so it is best to contact them directly to query the most up-to-date status of your order.
